Instructions
Rinse the fresh lemon balm leaves or measure out the dried ones.
Heat water in a pot or kettle until it’s hot but not boiling (around 200°F or 93°C).
Place the lemon balm leaves in a mug and pour the hot water over them.
Cover the mug with a lid or saucer and let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
Add lemon juice, honey, grated ginger, or cinnamon if desired.
Strain the leaves and enjoy your tea while warm.
